Why a system made up of 3 mittens?

In very cold environments, just one solution to changing conditions isn’t enough. Thanks to our technical partner (66°Nord), we have developed these modular mittens for extreme protection. The first layer, the fleece mitten, is soft and warm. It dries quickly and is ideal in a bivouac or refuge.
The second layer, the warm mitten, in synthetic wadding, provides significant insulation against the cold.

Size and layering

The 3 mittens are made to be worn together.
However, our design team also designed each mitten so that it can be worn on its own.
The size is deliberately wide to keep an insulating air pocket around the fingers.
For those more sensitive to the cold, don’t choose a mitt that’s too tight!
